Which protein powder supplement is best?
I’m trying to gain more muscle and lose fat. Which protein powder has worked for you? I’m also confused which type of protein powder is better to take. For example powders like Muscle Milk have protein and vitamins, minerals etc.. but not much of amino acids. And I recently tried wheybolic which has protein with amino acids but not as many vitamins or minerals.
So wuts better: protein with vitamins minerals, or protein with lots of amino acids?

iam also confused but i think whey protein works great
I am glad you asked this question because I was at GNC last night and I was all confused as well. They told me that Muscle Milk could actually make you gain weight. Hopefully someone else will answer this questions and help us decide.
i take mucletech… yea its pricey but i dont see why people hate it so much. it gives me excellent results. personally i love the stuff but i also stack it with anabolic halo…
Buy the cheapest whey protein and a cheap multivitamin. Don’t worry about amino acids. Protein IS amino acids. That’s what protein is made of. A can of tuna has a LOT of amino acids, because it’s protein. Don’t believe marketing hype. All protein is the same, and all vitamins are the same.
