What is the best protein supplement powder you can buy for workout recovery and as a meal replacement as well?

I know that a whey protein supplement is good for when you workout to help lose weight and build muscle, but what is the best kind or brand to buy? What factors, like what protein it comes from and how much protein should each serving have, should I look at? And which ones do you find taste good as well?

i was in the same position as you. i started to take EAS chocolate protein shakes. i realized a huge difference a week later and i decided to take creatine(as well a good idea to get bigger)
