What are people's recommendations for an affordable, non-soy, non-dairy protein powder supplement?
My diet doesn’t allow me to have dairy (which kills my stomach anyways) like whey protein, and have disowned grains and legumes like soy protein, but need a good protein powder I can use to make my almond milk strawberry banana protein smoothies before working out. Any ideas?
