thx for the vid, couldn’t find a fucking answer to this question anywhere
Thanks for pointing out the oblivious.
@Thats5Bucks Everyone is different. Everyone responds different to certain things whether it be lifting routines or supplements. Some work for some people and for others they have to do something different. Lifting heavy doesn’t work for most people because, especially if you’re new, because they can’t keep proper form and control the weight with the proper muscle. Ronnie Coleman, the greatest bodybuilder of all time, recommends a rep range of 15-25. But it’s just advice, at the end of the day..
@MohammeddKhan id like to see wer u get that info saying hes right
@Thats5Bucks sorry to say but the other guy is right
@Thats5Bucks post this on their facebook, its more likely they would def respond even though…well yea haha good ass question though
Jimmy Struthers told me that1 rep on everything is the best
@upisandhu agreed
i completely disagree, not to offend anybody but I genuinely believe the human body is far more adaptive than what people think, if you continue to exercise the way you normally do during a cutting phase, you maybe surprised by the results… you will lose tonnes of fat and become more defined….
WHY THE ECO??????????????????
Hey man, it’ll be awesome if you respond to youtube questions, thxxxxxx man
can you guys do a review on ON micronized creatine powder
or if you have heard anything about it?
its mad cheap like 20 bucks for 180 servings or sumtin
i think you guys should start replying on videos! just advice
i think this is the first time im gonna do wat the fuck i wanna do
Most pro powerlifters have a LOT more muscle than bodybuilders, 300lbs+ but their body fat % are much higher. BB’s are just more defined and cut.
please respond.
@Thats5Bucks its a proven fact that 3-5 will gain strength not mass
@Thats5Bucks Rep range doesn’t matter. The only thing that matters is how intensely you are lifting.
@Thats5Bucks Not to mention, you will always plateau with training, when you lift CRAZY heavy with low rep ranges….blood flow and mechanics, along with neuro muscular (mind muscle connection) becomes weaker, you’re shocking your body to much…their is a point when you need to push a solid(not crazy heavy ) weight for repetitions in the 8-10 range at least…b/c that brings more benefit over time.
@Thats5Bucks Testosterone is what creates muscle some people produce more than others, at different times in their lives..exp. teens can start lifting at age 16 and by 20 they are 45 lbs heavier, BUT they would have been 35lbs heavier anyway just with natural growth. Proper form, patience, and good health(which is what lifting is all about in the first place). Hypertrophy can be achieved 2 ways, but if you compare bodybuilders to powerlifters(all p-lifters have bad joints, knees, shoulers etc)
@Thats5Bucks Heres the thing, I’m almost finished with my physical therapy masters….and I will be the first to tell you that you will gain faster, but how much faster? And at what cost? If your tendons and joints aren’t kept healthy you will be put out of commission and out of the gym before you want to be more than likely …it also has to do with genetics as well. Some guys can start out lifting heavy and not have issues at all; others can’t(thats 75% of the population).
@Thats5Bucks Just use your common logic, that dude is obviously a tool. Pretty much all the athletes who compete in benchpress competitions, are fat strong fucks who do 1-4 reps. Look at Ronnie Coleman, Arnold, Jay, and all other pro BBers, they all do 12+ reps on almost all exercises.
There’s always going to be some moron on the other side of the argument saying this and saying that, but hey man… he can do whatever the FUCK HE WANNA DO. Go listen to him and Jimmy Struthers up the street man.
Damit Kevin, my wife is getting suspicious of me looking at all these videos starting out with a big muscular dude damn near kissing me on the screen lol Man, it’s time for another intro.
@Thats5Bucks in the grand scheme of it all. it doesnt matter, in my opinion both should be used at some point or another, some phases do low reps, some phases do high reps, some phases do a combo of both
@Thats5Bucks it basically breaks down to this , you ever heard of mesomorphs, endomorphs, and ectomorphs? every mother fucker on this planet is built differently , unique , believe it or not some guys can just jump in place for like 4 min 2 times a week and have huge bulging calves! every exercise you do is not going to have the same effect on someone else , everybody is different , you have to find what works for you.
