im looking to bulk up a little bit what is a good cheap protein supplement that wont make break out with acne and is pretty effective. im 5 foot 11 inches and 165 lbs and 21 years old.

I just bought some NST protein supplement, but the problem is that it will always leave big chunks of the powder in the liquid that taste terrible.
I’ve tried putting it into a bottle and shaking it, i shook it as hard as i could for about 10 minute and still there were chunks.
I don’t want to use a blender every day so is there any method that works well for dissolving the powder?
