Protein Supplement powder will never dissolve fully?

I just bought some NST protein supplement, but the problem is that it will always leave big chunks of the powder in the liquid that taste terrible.
I’ve tried putting it into a bottle and shaking it, i shook it as hard as i could for about 10 minute and still there were chunks.
I don’t want to use a blender every day so is there any method that works well for dissolving the powder?

Hi,
It may be the shaker that you are using. What I’ve done is invested in the BlenderBottle. It is a bottle with a small whisk that is spherical in shape. As you shake it, the whisk contracts and expands and mixes your protein powder. I have three of them. GNC sells them, but I do not promote GNC at all because I think they are very expensive.
You may want to Google BlenderBottle for more info.
Get over it and eat ur damn powder. Theres more to worry about
This is common when using cold water., try using luke warm tap water shake it up for try using a hand blender then when your done add ice to cool it down. or blend it up and add ice
Good Luck.
haha..go figure haha!!!
try a food supplement? lol
mix it in jello or something lol.
Magic bullet (alot easier clean than a blender) or a shaker with a blender ball. They sell them at GNC or even Walmart I think now.
Hi. This is a common problem with many supplements. N-Large 2 i have used and it was nice bud didn’t blend completely. But the whey protein did, and blends to the best i’ve seen. I know you have just bought a supplement, but if chunky mixtures really do put you off then try it..it’s cheap to begin tith to. See what i said about both to see what i mean
