Whey Protein Powder – Pack on The Muscle

We constantly hear people who are distressed about how difficult it can be to lose weight. If they only knew how tough it was for us thin people to put on weight. Or actually I should specify; gain muscle. Since of course, that’s the only real weight we’re typically excited about gaining. Hopefully nobody is striving to gain fat. That’s just strange. Anyway, believe it or not, we slender individuals have a relatively terrible time attempting to pack on the weight. It requires a lot of over eating, body building workouts, and protein supplements. It can actually get rather annoying if you ask me. I remember when I started body building workouts and drinking protein shakes. I was not so happy with the entire ordeal. Yet, I became driven to pack on the weight.

It definitely isn’t difficult learning some bodybuilding routines in such a modern era. Practically everything you are looking for is right at your fingertips. Just hop online and you’ll see what I mean. A buddy of mine named Google always hooks me up. However, back in twelfth grade when I really began to notice my weight, I didn’t have the Web handy. I was a senior in high school, who was 6’1 “and 155 pounds. That’s a bit on the lean side. I learned several bodybuilding work outs with free weights from my eldest brother. Besides weight training, I began drinking weight gainer. This was  absolutely not as good as the supplements available today. What I was drinking was pure calories. Today there are much improved protein shakes and such. I can still remember, I’d mix a massive scoop of this calorie shake with a cup of milk. The result was like a strawberry sludge. I couldn’t help but wince when I guzzled it down. Does this bring back memories to anyone? Regardless, all turned out well, finally. Now I’m at a nice 170 pounds with only ten% body fat.  I still maintain my body building routines and drink a daily whey protein shake for added benefits. It absolutely tastes better than the old stuff.

Whether you decide on body building sessions with free weights or machines does not really matter for me. But, it’s a good idea to not forget that they’re not exactly equal. You’ll find that body building exercises with free weights tend to be difficult and you will require more weight. Believe me on this one.
